 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and on-demand training programs for clinicians (“Services”). By accessing or using our website or purchasing any training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for licensed or pre-licensed mental health professionals and clinicians. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into these Terms.

 

2. Account Registration

To access some features or trainings, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, handouts, PDFs, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Brittany Quagan, PLLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. Content is provided solely for your individual professional development and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.

 

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell course content

  • Access courses on behalf of someone else

  • Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair functionality

5. Payment & Refunds

All training purchases are final. Refunds are only available if no progress has been made in the course. If any portion of the training has been accessed, started, or completed, the course is considered nonrefundable.

Our trainings are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for clinical supervision, certification, or legal advice. You are responsible for applying the information ethically and within the scope of your licensure.

 

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
