My areas of specialization include relational and complex trauma, healing from IPV, somatic exercises for survival states, OCD, co-morbid PTSD + OCD, incorporating parts work/IFS into EMDR, and EMDR 2.0. I also have a background in spiritual practices and can assist you in incorporating spirituality into EMDR for your clients who are aligned with this. Spiritual practices can include Reiki, spirit guide or higher power connection, soul/higher self connection, and chakra/energy systems.

EMDR Group Consultation - 2027 Cohort for EMDRIA CERTIFICATION
This cohort is designed for those who are seeking Certification as an EMDR Certified Therapist. We will meet for 2-hours once a month for five months. At the end of this cohort, you will have received 10 of your mandatory consultation hours toward certification. I am also available to provide individual consultation for your remaining hours. Those who participate in the cohort will receive a discounted rate for individual consultation during the time you are participating in the cohort (consultations booked at any time during the five months of the cohort).
In this group, you will have the opportunity to present your cases, ask questions, gain feedback and insights into your cases, and receive support from myself and your peers.
This group is ideal for those who see clients with or healing from:
Complex relational trauma
Abusive and/or narcissistic relationships
Intimate Partner Violence
Comorbid PTSD + OCD
Comorbid relational trauma + ROCD
I specialize in the above experiences and utilize EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing and I-CBT in my work.

Group Consultation of Consultation - For those seeking to become EMDRIA Approved Consultants
This cohort is designed for those who are seeking to become EMDRIA Approved Consultants. We will meet for 90 minutes once a month for five months. At the end of this cohort, you will have received 7.5 of your mandatory consultation hours toward certification. I am also available to provide individual consultation for your remaining hours. Those who participate in the cohort will receive a discounted rate for individual consultation during the time you are participating in the cohort (consultations booked at any time during the five months of the cohort).
This group will primarily focus on issues that you may experience while you’ve been providing consultation to your consulates. This is also a space to discuss other topics such as marketing, group formation, your process as a consultant, and other EMDR related business questions/topics. I like to create spaces for therapist to connect to other another and gain support from each other as well, which is always at the heart of my groups.

Working with Intimate Partner Violence Recovery & Recovery from Antagonistic Partners - Group EMDR Cohort
This cohort is designed for EMDR clinicians who work with clients that are recovering from intimate partner violence and/or partners with an antagonistic personality. This group will primarily focus on issues that you may experience while you’ve been providing care to these clients, offer resource development and best practices for anchoring your clients into safety as they move through their healing process. This group does NOT count toward your hours for certification.
