I am here to meet you where you are at and to help provide you with the support, guidance, and tools you need to feel more balanced, more empowered, and to live a happier, healthier life.

I am an anti-racist, LGBTQAI+ supportive therapist. I work with individuals ages 12+.
First sessions are about 90 minutes.
Weekly sessions are between 45-60 minutes.

Couples counseling will help you develop the skills you need to navigate your relationship in a healthy way. We will discover the root of your issues and together you will work to heal them, deepen your bond, strengthen your communication skills and re-ignite your passion.
